"This apartment has a lot of very special memories for me.  The west facing balcony has provided me with fabulous views of the sun setting over the city; and the apartment block is very social and friendly thanks to the active residents community here. (I even met my partner here as a result of social gathering on the roof garden).   It's a one bed apartment and at first I was concerned that it wouldn't be big enough, however it has proven to be the opposite.  I have a king size bed and enormous wardrobe in the bedroom but there's still ample room to walk around the room with ease.  The living room has been large enough to host friends and various parties, and gives me plenty of space to workout in front of the TV.  The kitchen has enough space to cook for two even with my counter top appliances taking some of the space.  Best of all, it's a top floor apartment which means I get no overhead noise from neighbours.  The sound proofing on the windows and balcony door blocks virtually all road and rail noise, I never notice it. 

There are direct rail links to west end and the city; DLR to the finance and shopping centres; and buses or walking routes to iconic green spaces such as Greenwich and Blackheath.  It would be hard to pick a better connected area.  The only work I've had done is to have 1Gb fibre installed which makes streaming movies or working from home seamless.  The cable and setup was done professionally and it is shockingly fast.  I've loved living here and know you will too. "
