"We’ve lived in the building since it was built and it’s been a very happy home for us for the last 7 years. We wouldn’t be considering leaving at all if we weren’t moving away from London altogether.

The rooms are really spacious with large windows which allow lots of natural daylight in. The living area is particularly generous and great for entertaining with a large lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. The main bedroom is also big and bright with a built in wardrobe and plenty of space for more. Both rooms have access to the balcony, perfect for sitting out on during warm summer evenings. The middle room’s smaller but still has plenty of space and light and makes an excellent study and occasional bedroom for when people stay over, although could easily be a full-time bedroom if required. The bathroom’s bright and roomy with bath and shower and plenty of hot water thanks to the Nibe heating system which also keeps the whole flat at a constant temperature. All rooms lead onto the hall which itself is spacious and welcoming.

Security at the flats couldn’t be better with a phone system which allows you to see who is at the front door of the building and an intercom and buzzer system for each floor. There is also a Residents Association which help to keep abreast of any issues with the building and raise them with L&Q (the housing association).

Brockley itself is like the perfect London suburb with plenty of terrific local restaurants, coffee houses and lots of shops just a few minutes away as well as two parks, Hilly Fields and Telegraph Hill just up the road. There are excellent transport links to central London and elsewhere thanks to trains, the Overground and buses, all within a few minutes walk, with Brockley Station itself located behind the building. Also the flat is within walking distance of Nunhead and Crofton Park rail stations which offer access to even more rail links. There are large supermarkets easily accessible in New Cross Gate and also Lewisham which is only short bus ride away."
