This permission was subject to two Section 106 agreements requiring amongst other conditions 20% affordable housing and the employment land to be serviced prior to 80% of the dwellings being occupied. The planning permission was challenged by the Devon Wildlife Trust and that challenge failed by a decision dated 28th July 2015.
