Bus and tram routes are also plentiful in the vicinity. We will miss our neighbours as there is a community spirit in this cul-de-sac of 11 houses. Our 4 children have all benefitted greatly from the very good, and diverse schools within commuting distance and above all we will miss the proximity to Alexander Park. This recreational facility has served us as a family very well, through use of the playground and paddling pool when the children were young, to playing football or just jogging around the park in an effort to keep fit. We will miss it!"
