We have really enjoyed our family home and we have thoughtfully modernised the house throughout. It is a very light house with large windows, with a handy ground floor toilet, large lounge and kitchen/diner. The lounge overlooks the garden, which becomes a lovely space when the double doors are open. It is a very good house for entertaining and dinner parties and we have made great friends with our neighbours. We are well placed for an afternoon stroll in the park and Sydenham station, which is excellent for commuting and nights out.
