After viewing a number of houses in Horsham we were finding that space was limited in the ones we were viewing so we had a drive into Southwater and loved the feel of the village straight away. After viewing some more properties in Southwater we came to see this one and we immediately loved the feel of the road being so quiet. Once inside we could not believe how spacious it felt on both levels. Once we saw the bonus loft room we knew we had to have it so we made an offer straight away and managed to secure our dream home.We will be very sad to leave.
