' A word from the owner'
It has been a huge privilege to have been the keeper of this unique and characteristic Tudor house for the past twenty years. The house was taken back to it's skeleton timber framed form and completely renovated three years prior to my purchase and its documented restoration is featured in the town's museum. I have always appreciated so much about this property and its location within this beautiful medieval market town that offers so many amenities whether you are a single , a couple or a family. Coggeshall has a fabulous warm and welcoming community and there is something here for everyone to join in, take part and enjoy. Although I have decided to move on I have very much enjoyed residing here.
