You get the idea, finger tip controlled for easy living - a fully achieved objective we say, maximising comfort and as you'll see, conviviality too, within the most appealing of open plan kitchen/living spaces being the focal hub of the entire house. (Provided with acres of quartz worktops/breakfast bar, integrated Usb pop up sockets, separate Neff double ovens, Lamonda microwave, hot steam tap and more besides inc a separate utility); there's even an atrium and private outdoor patio space here...

And where will you or, as a sensible indicator, where do the current residents carry out their entertaining? Well, they're spoilt for choice; although a few hints we did pick up in our interview with our client suggest dearest and nearest are invited to the lower ground floor spec where gyming, dancing, singing, relaxing, (with or without a few drinks from the bar), cinema going and out door barbeque-ing are all enjoyed..

Of course most entertainment facilities come in 'packages' and given No.11 is presented more of a lifestyle experience, it may well be that an additional financial offer for various feature fittings (including umpteen tv screens) could be accepted and consequently left for your continued enjoyment - let's discuss.

So in conclusion, nothing quite compares - although a look on Tripadvisor for dynamic living accommodation or better still, luxury hotels, or - and you'll begin to appreciate how No.11 Shrewsbury Road sits in the upper quartile of luxury living. In fact 'No.11 Shrewsbury Road, Boutique Hotel' has a certain chic ring........Maybe in Pimlico, Highgate or Oxton...

So hopefully you begin to get the picture. This house is quite superb, presented over four floors of meticulously presented accommodation: it is luxurious, it is spacious, it is beautiful, it is indeed an extravagantly refurbished period beauty. And we wont be the first to take a bow in recognition of the opulence, the sheer luxury but also of the retainment of the very best architectural detail and finesse of a significant building that once was....and is again.

And when you're done with; or overdosed in all this indulgence; heaven forbid if you have to get out to work in the city to pay for it all, then it's good to know it's just a ten minute car journey, or for a change of scenery and a few minutes on foot, the village has a pleasant selection of eateries and shops to choose from, although in fairness, why would you want venture out if you didn't have to? And the slightly off the wall idea of the Silent Disco? It was spurred on by the understandably enthusiastic guided tour through the intricacies of the music system by our client, the view of the entertainment space and more than a half desire to have a dance on the disco floor... Over to you.
