Dreaming of your perfect village home then look no further as this superb bungalow could be just the one. Nestled on the fringes of Wroxall you can walk into the village for all your daily groceries or choose to go further afield onto one of the many rambling routes in the surrounding countryside.

As you pull up on the drive listen to how quiet the cul-de-sac is whilst admiring the front garden.

Inside the accommodation will also not disappoint with a great sized lounge and super conservatory, perfect for family gatherings. This would also be the best place to marvel at the spectacular views over the rear garden and fields beyond. The kitchen is the ideal place to rustle up a tasty treat for the whole family to enjoy. No need to worry about where to put guests as with two good sized bedrooms there will always be room for someone to stay over.

With gas central heating and double glazed windows you are sure to be warm and cosy all winter. The gardens outside are a real treat with plenty to keep even the most green fingered buyers busy all summer. The garage makes an ideal storage place for all those treasured possessions or why not keep the car safe and save yourself the trouble of scrapping the wind screen in winter.

We think this bungalow could be the perfect village home you have been searching for so why not come and have a look to see for yourself.

What the Owner says:

When we first visited this property and stood in the conservatory to admire the gorgeous view we knew we had to buy it. Come rain or shine you can literally see for miles and it makes the perfect place to enjoy watching the world go by. Over the years we have made a few changes to the bungalow more recently fitting a new kitchen where we remodelled the layout to create more storage areas and opened up the wall between the lounge.
Outside we have spent time making the garden more practical and with the garage and driveway you always have somewhere to park.
I shall miss the views and the peace and quiet here but it’s time to move closer to the family.
