From Kingswear Village Stores and the Banjo, head out of the village on the B3205 Brixham Road. After approximately a quarter of a mile at the end of Waterhead Creek turn back left into Hoodown Lane and after approximately 250 yards, the land will be found immediately on your right hand side just before the lane turns sharp right.
