I bought this flat in 2009 as I completely fell in love with the location. I have to commute into London every day and I literally cannot praise the position of this flat enough for that.
It is effortless - I hop on the bus to Morden and am then on the Northern Line straight through into central London! This apartment has really suited my lifestyle, being a gated development gives a wonderful feeling of security and privacy.
I am only moving as I need to be closer to my horse over in Chessington and if I could pick the property up and move it over there, I most definitely would.
