And No 1 is the only one of the four that does indeed have its own private outdoor space. You can see from our slide show of photos just how private, as well as sunny in the afternoon) this area is. Secluded by trees to the north west, by a fence to the north and by shrubs and more to the south side where there is a further flagged area especially useful for storage. (Although we've already mentioned the extra large garage).

So, no room too small, no room compromised in size for another; just absolutely extraordinary space for an apartment, that even with our slide show and floor plan, you probably can't/wont appreciate without a first hand look. (We just ask that should you wish to view, that you are in a position, going forward, as it were, to buy.

Much has been introduced over the eleven or so years our client has enjoyed living here; a pvc window system, decoration, of course and latterly a gorgeous new (and large, of course) main bathroom with free standing bath as well as a wet room area. (Although the en suite facilities are pretty cool too, what with its display of down lighting and tiling).

But the piece de resistance, the greatest draw of all to all that come to view, will be this spectacular living and dining room quarters separated yet open, divided by only a central chimney breast. And this has been of immense pleasure to our client, allowing them to entertain many (including the proverbial sleepovers for family or friends) without feeling the least bit hemmed in.

One feature we were particularly taken by was the approach to this space via the most charming and traditional of halls with double opening doors wide open, displaying the benefits of what is to come....

And what of the bedroom accommodation? Healthy sizes for sure; even the smallest of the three (that may look smaller than actual, given its 'office' status and the paraphernalia that goes with it). The other two have great wardrobe space and great views too.
