LOCATION
The Land is located on the west side of Rand's Road, Marshland St James, approximately seven miles east from the Town of Wisbech and approximately thirteen miles south west from the Town of King's Lynn in the County of Cambridgeshire.

Rand's Road travels north from School Road, being a tarmac Norfolk County Council Maintained Road. Where the tarmac finishes, on the east side of the land, the highway continues north as a Norfolk County Council maintained unsurfaced road. The unsurfaced road travels north linking up to Black Drove which is a tarmac surfaced road.
