What really sold this apartment to us was the space and the light. The large window literally floods the apartment with sunshine and provides a lovely outlook over the trees.

Being so centrally located was also a real plus, we are literally moments from the shops in Birchington Village, so you can pop to the local shops for a pint of milk while the kettle boils. The fact that Geoffrey Court is also on a quiet residential road was also a big plus.

We love the fact that being on the second floor we have access to the loft, you can never have enough storage, and the rooms are all so spacious. Of all the apartments we looked at this was a sure-fire winner!
