The Property
DWY YNYS is a stunning home ready to move, with dramatic views of the sea, some might say it a bit of a `Tardis` and the only way to truly appreciate the size of the property and the accommodation on offer is to view the property internally. Accessed up a private driveway offering parking for four/five cars, the property is currently arranged as two reception rooms and four double bedrooms along with a modern fitted kitchen, utility which is located within the garage, a ground floor family bathroom, shower room and contemporary master en-suite.

Externally, the front garden is mainly laid lawn with a driveway to a spacious garage, great for parking cars, boat, caravan or camper van along with a level lawn with a further low maintenance gravelled area with specimen planting and seasonal shrubs and grasses.

To the rear accessed from the conservatory , there is a level decked area, ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying open views across the fields. This area offers a good degree of privacy and again, a lovely outlook over the surrounding fields to the rear. The property is ideally placed to enjoy the rural lifestyle whilst also being only a few minutes to The Pwllheli shopping centre and the train station. For the outdoor lovers, the coastline with its picturesque beaches and The Snowdonia National Park are both within easy striking distance.

This is a must view Home

Location
Penrhos is a small community situated between Pwllheli and Llanbedrog, just off the A499. Penrhos is home to the Pen-y-Berth caravan park, built on the former RAF base on slightly elevated land with good views over Cardigan Bay to the mountains of Snowdonia and mid Wales, the base has a long history, evidence of a small part of which can be seen in a slate plaque on the wall at the turning for the caravan park off the road leading to the small Polish community that still remain in the area from the Second World War.

Nearby, the beach at Carreg-y-Defaid is the western limit of South Beach, Pwllheli and is a popular spot with fishermen.

The Afon Penrhos would at one time have flowed into the sea here, and there are shoals in the bay from that time. The embankment which supported the Pwllheli-Llanbedrog tramway diverted the river into its current route into Pwllheli Marina.
