General Remarks -

Situation & Directions - The land is conveniently situated just off the A541 Denbigh to Mold road and approximately 5 miles from the Market Town of Denbigh and approximately 10 miles from the Market Town of Mold. Access to the land is via a hard standing right of way just off a council maintained road.

From our Denbigh office proceed along the A541 Mold Road. Proceed through the village of Bodfari towards Afonwen. After the B5122 Caerwys turning take the second right. After 170 metres take the first right and proceed for approximately 200 metres along this track and the land will be found on the left.

Description - The land extends to 27.31 acres or thereabouts with approximately 15.75 acres of grazing land and approximately 11.56 acres of mixed woodland. The land is ideal for grazing or amenity purposes subject to statutory consent.
