To find the land, head southwards from the centre of Toynton All Saints at the bottom of the hill turn right into Fenside, continue through Toynton Fenside until the Hobhole Drain. Take the second left along the western bank of the Hobhole. Lot 1 is the second one on the right-hand side. Lot 2 can be found on the opposite side of the Hobhole Drain.

TENURE AND POSSESSION
