"My wife and I purchased this property after graduating from University back in 2005. Now there are four of us as the two additions include our little boys. We instantly fell in love with the property in terms of layout and garden space. The third bedroom is a very good size also, which was a bonus as this is not the case with many other properties we had seen previously. We have maintained the property to a good standard and have done extensive landscaping works to the gardens front and back. This includes a block paved driveway to the front for two large sized cars and landscaped areas to the rear. This has allowed us to entertain many friends and family over the years by having barbeque's, kids parties and general get together's. The neighbour's are very friendly and welcoming and we often get together with them or if call upon them if general help is required with DIY. The location is fantastic for commuting to Birmingham City Centre and excellent motorway links. There are many local shops within walking distance including two supermarkets, restaurants, chip shop, plumbers and dentist. The local GP, NHS centre and Quinton Library is also within walking distance. It really is a lovely house, in a great location. We hope the new owners will enjoy the house as much as we have over the years."
