The garden is landscaped, easy to maintain and has some lovely mature planting”.

Please describe your favourite room in the property and why. “The conservatory as it’s a wonderful space to relax in – It’s accessed through the sitting room via French doors, with further double doors leading to the garden. Sitting here you can enjoy the garden whilst being comfortable – it’s a lovely place to entertain guests and family and our grandchildren will really miss it”.

Please describe your favourite aspect of the grounds and surrounding area: “The garden is easy to maintain, there’s a good mix of mature and newer planting and we’ve carefully planted shrubs to ensure it looks good in the winter. Views from the property are over fields and farmland, there are good walks within easy reach and a wealth of local farm shops selling seasonal produce”.

Please describe your most memorable event: “Bringing our two children up here; it’s been a lovely place to raise a family, really safe and convenient”.

What will you miss most and why are you moving? “We will miss the space, our lovely neighbours and all the work we’ve done in the house to suit our requirements. It’s time to downsize”.

Location - Located just off the sought after Lutterworth Road in Nuneaton. The property is only 5 minutes from the the town centre and only 20 minutes to Coventry train station where you can catch a train to London which takes only 58 minutes.
