Seller’s Comments
This is what the owner has to say....

"When I first viewed this property, I knew that one day it would not just be my house, but my home. The surrounding area is wonderful with both a park for families to enjoy and a large wooded area to walk dogs. The estate is located in close proximity to many amenities such as Bluewater and Ebsfleet international station, with routes to both London and Europe. This is a lovely and quiet spot to live in with friendly neighbours and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. The house itself is beautiful with a large open layout and natural light that lifts the mood of the house instantly. This house has seen many momentous occasions such as Christmas and celebrations, with the home bringing together my large family in a special way that I hope others can experience.
I am sorry to be moving, however, I find this house is too big for me now and wish for someone else to make great use of this wonderful home"
