The stairs to the first floor are immediately on the right, with the kitchen at the other end of the room.

The living room is carpeted, has windows to the front side and rear. The original brick fireplace with impressive copper style hood provides a focal point for the room and houses an electric 'pseudo-wood burner'.

3.47m (11'5'') x 2.77m (9'1'')
The kitchen is rectangular in shape and has a window above the sink that looks out into the patio and garden.

There are a range of wooden style eye and base level units. There is a 4-ring gas hob set into the work top, built in eye level oven, space for white goods.

Between the kitchen and the bathroom is a lobby which could be used for storage or to house a freezer. The back door leads out onto the garden.

All the windows are double glazed and large allowing plenty of light into the house.

The rear garden is fully enclosed by a wooden fence with a gate for access. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with a patio area outside the back door.

The house is very close to the local primary school and bus stop (just opposite) with the village shop/post office a short distance away.

Access to the A120 is very easy by car with links to all the major towns.

Bradfield has become a popular village and many new properties are being built in and around the village. Despite this growth the village still has a very rural feel about it and there are plenty of local walks across fields and down lanes. Bradfield Shore is part of the area of outstanding natural beauty and is especially interesting for the bird populations.

Manningtree town centre is about 10 minutes away by car and boasts a number of restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. It also has a doctor's surgery, dentist and opticians as well as several supermarkets, farm shop and butchers. The health food shop has also recently opened a café.

If you are a commuter, Mistley station is about 1.7 miles from the house. The station is on the Harwich/London Liverpool Street line. Alternatively, Manningtree station is just over 3 miles away. Manningtree station is on the InterCity main line to London, and has 3 direct services per hour running, Monday - Saturday daytimes, taking less than an hour to reach Liverpool Street station. There are also direct links to Colchester, Ipswich, Norwich and Stratford as well as a number of other places.

First Great Eastern run the number 103 and 104 bus services between Colchester and Harwich and stops in the centre of Bradfield. The bus stop is literally a stones throw from the house. The service runs every half hour between 07.30 and 18.30. A reduced service is also run between 18.30 and 23.00 and on Sundays.
