I have owned the property for some time now, and living here was an absolute pleasure. The addition of the huge terrace meant that I had all the benefits that a garden would give, but without having to worry about the maintenance.

The second balcony is a really nice touch to, and is it overlooks the communal garden, there is always something interesting to look at.
