When we viewed this home approximately 10 years ago we loved the size of it as well as the fabulous quiet area. We wanted St Nicholas at Wade due to the wonderful local school in the village as well as the fact it offered the best of both worlds. It is so peaceful but also the transport links are so good from here. Getting to Canterbury, Herne Bay or Thanet is easy.The patio garden is a perfect Summer space and we were so amazed at the size of the garden too. It was a huge bonus for us. We have even had our daughters wedding here where we put up a marquee and had around 200 guests. The double garage is perfect for extra storage as well as the two parking spaces.
