It is proposed that twelve dwellings will be erected. The proposed site plan attached shows that there are to be the following units:

All properties to be set over two floors with attached garage or in one instance attached or detached garage.
Each dwelling to provide an internal floor space of approximately 165 sq metres with a maximum height of 7.5 metres. The dwellings are to be of traditional appearance to tie in with the sites countryside setting.
All dwellings to have four bedrooms, family bathroom and one en-suite to the first floor with large lounge, dining kitchen, sitting room and utility to the ground floor. The Section 106 agreement has determined that contributions for affordable housing and education must be made throughout the build totalling £236,253. This liability will be passed on to the purchaser. The purchaser will also be responsible for the Councils fee in the sum of £1,250.
