A modern second floor apartment situated in a private block of only six dwellings, located a short walk from Bembridge Marina and the ever popular Embankment and beaches.
The two bedrooms are generously proportioned and have ample space for a double bed and other furnishings. The Master bedroom has the added benefit of an en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The lounge/diner is a great size and has a light and airy feel to it while offering beautiful far reaching country views. Patio doors lead out to a modest balcony, ideal for sitting and enjoying the lovely views. The kitchen is modern and separate from the lounge with a range of cupboards and ample worktop space. The family bathroom is also accessed from the hallway and has a shower cubicle.
The apartment also has the addition of a private loft space accessed via a hatch in the second bedroom offering plenty of storage.
To the rear of the block is a communal garden which is regularly maintained to a high standard and a drying area with individual washing lines. There is a bus stop directly outside the property allowing access to Bembridge and other near-by towns.
The property is also warmed by gas central heating and is fully double glazed and would make an ideal low maintenance home or a great 'lock up and leave'.

WHAT DOES ST HELENS HAVE TO OFFER? The village of St Helens was voted the best large village on the Island in 2015 and is famed for having the largest Village Green in the Country. The house is only a short walk down to St Helens quay and the causeway across the old tidal inner mill pond to the sand dunes of the Duver and family friendly beaches where there is a beach restaurant. The small but vibrant village of St Helens has its own village shop incorporating the Post Office and coffee shop, two churches, two restaurants, a pub that serves food and an antiquarian bookshop. St Helens is located midway between the popular East Wight sailing centres of Seaview and Bembridge overlooking the Solent where there are excellent mooring facilities and yacht clubs. There is also a small marina and yacht club at Brading Haven at the head of Bembridge Harbour and adjacent to St Helens Quay. Cowes and Yarmouth are within easy reach for yachtsmen.

St Helens has good bus service that links into the Island network at Ryde, Sandown and Newport. There are extensive transport connections with the mainland from Ryde with its hovercraft and catamaran passenger services to and from Portsmouth and a car ferry from Fishbourne. There are also passenger and car ferry services between Cowes and Southampton and between Yarmouth and Lymington.

There are many footpaths around St Helens that lead down to Seaview, Priory Hotel at Nettlestone, the sandy beaches at Seagrove and Priory Bays, and off St Helens Duver which is owned by the National Trust, the bird sanctuary and beach, Brading Haven and Bembridge Harbour.

There are excellent shops and restaurants in Bembridge and the surrounding ancient downland countryside includes an ancient windmill, extensive sea views from Culver and Brading Downs that provide delightful opportunities for walkers, artists, photographers, cyclists and birdwatchers as well as all the other interesting and entertaining attractions that the Isle of Wight has to offer both for adults and children.
