I have owned this house for several years now and feel now is the time to sell.The local area has offered so much from the town which is only a brisk walk away to the beach. The view from the bedroom is stunning looking out onto fields.Its a great place to take the dog for a walk along the canal all the way to Bartons Point and along the beach and the kids will love it too.
