The vessel is located very close to Cuxton Train Station which is a 45 minute commute to London St. Pancras with one change. The locality of the marina is exceptional for transport links and leisure activities with the added bonus of secure parking and marina services.

The vessels accommodation is split in two and accessed separately with the top quarters comprise; wheelhouse, galley/kitchen, reception room, bedroom with double bunk, bedroom with single bunk and bathroom.

Lower accommodation comprises; access into a hallway which leads to a 963sq.ft. open plan kitchen/living/dining room, master bedroom with king size bed, bedroom with double bed, office, utility room and bathroom with bath and shower.

In August of 1997 the vessel ceased trading and was purchased for professional conversion to a Houseboat. The vessel was shortened from her original length by 10m; the aft accommodation was upgraded along with machinery spaces, hull, deck and a complete conversion of the main hold.

Subsequently, during the winter of 2006/2007 the original aft accommodation was completely removed and renewed and since purchase the owner’s have had the vessel independently surveyed including full sets of Ultra-Sonic thickness measurements at regular intervals, most recent being August 2010. All areas of deck, coamings, wheelhouse and accommodation are maintained to a high paint specification.
