Listed Grade II being of architectural and historic interest, Culver is constructed of white, stuccoed elevations under a mansard slate roof behind a part-balustraded parapet. The original house was probably constructed in the eighteenth century and extended to the north in the early 1980s, at which time it was completely re-faced.
