A WORD FROM THE OWNER....
"We love this house. If we were staying in London it would be our forever home. When we first saw it we fell in love with this housing unicorn: one of the very few original double storey 3 bed Warner property houses. More important than that are our fantastic neighbours and community spirt. We know all of our immediate neighbours and about half of the street, who keep in touch via the Warner Road facebook page (never worry about needing an emergency parking permit or having to borrow shears again!) and our annual street party.
We installed a new kitchen/conservatory and loads of storage. You could use this as a breakfast room, but as we also have a separate dining room we've just enjoyed it for ample utilities space and the floor to ceiling views on the garden. Five years ago we renovated the bathroom; we were very particular about the victorian style fittings so a bit gutted to be leaving this, and two years ago we laid new flooring down throughout the house over the original floorboards.
We enjoy our garden, making apple and blackberry crumble from garden ingredients has become a bit of a seasonal tradition.
This has been a wonderful home for us. We hope that the next owners take advantage of all of the benefits of living in such a unique property in the heart of wonderful Walthamstow."
