DESCRIPTION Beautiful countryside views... Spacious and flexible accommodation... Land, outbuildings and stables.

Set elevated with panoramic views over open countryside, Byefields is a property that simply cannot be missed. The property sits amongst gardens and agricultural land which totals just over 6.2 acres and is located in the perfect position for commuting to Bristol, Bath and Wells.

The accommodation at Byefields is both generous and spacious as well as immaculately presented. The downstairs is vast and adopts a predominantly open plan concept throughout. The accommodation is really focused towards the rear of the property where the stunning views can be seen. The downstairs comprises a magnificent entrance hall with a sweeping staircase which leads to the first floor. All of the accommodation on the ground floor leads from the hallway and includes; a large formal dining room which is open onto the large sitting room; a study area which is situated at the front of the property, which includes a second stairwell to the first floor; the orangery which is positioned at the back of the property and overlooks the garden and aforementioned views; modern kitchen and breakfast area which is open onto a further large reception room! The upstairs is equally as good! The master bedroom is a fantastic size and comprises a walk through dressing area as well as a private ensuite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms are also serviced by modern ensuite shower rooms and the fourth and fifth bedrooms have the use of the well sized family bathroom!

Outside of the property the gardens slope steadily towards the agricultural land that the property owns as well. The gardens are predominantly laid to lawn but also feature various seating areas and patio space. The feature point of the garden is the heated swimming pool at the top of the garden which is the perfect space to enjoy the views all year around.

At the front of the house there is ample off street parking which is accessed through electric gates. From the parking area there is access into the double garage and store as well as the double parking barn. The agricultural land is extensive and runs from next to the parking area, wraps around the front of the property and back along to the boundary further along the lane. The land is divided currently into a few separate paddock and also comprises a stable block.

Our vendor says...

We have noticed... Whilst the location here is so beautiful it really is hard not to be blown away by the quality on offer internally. The vendors have carefully considered the internal decoration and it has paid off!
