The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property’s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

The ideal opportunity to live in this sought after location in Cosham perfect for those who have to commute to work on a daily basis as you can be standing on the platform at Cosham railway station within minutes of leaving your front door.

The house is absolutely perfect for any growing or established families out there looking to lay down some roots in a house that can be their home for a good number of years.

The road is a cul de sac road so unless you live down there or are visiting friends or family you have no need to go down there. This of course means that parking is that much easier given that it is not a thoroughfare and a lot of the houses down there have their own driveways.

The house itself is a fantastic size with plenty of ground floor space to be able to separate off an area to relax after a long day at work and one to enjoy a family meals around a dinner table discussing the day’s events.

Simply this is a must view family home.

What the Owner says:

We bought the house here in Windsor road about 16 years ago and it has served us fantastically as a family home.

We both drive so having the space to park our cars is great however with the train station and fantastic bus routes so close by you don’t actually need to drive to be able to get to where you need to go.

Our children have all flown the nest now so the house is probably a bit big for us having four bedrooms so it is time for us to move on and let someone enjoy this house as much as we have done over the years.
