When you pull up outside your door you will see that its pretty as a picture and with off road parking you wont be driving around looking for that elusive parking space. The generous entrance porch gives you the opportunity to kick off those muddy boots or dry the dog off before stepping inside.

You are greeted by a lovely light and airy lounge and dining area with doors taking you out to the rear garden. The separate kitchen has plenty of room for you to get busy in cooking up a storm for the family.

Upstairs there is a traditional lay-out of three bedrooms and a bathroom, warmed by gas central heating and double glazed you can rest assured you will be kept warm as toast in the winter. Whilst in the summer you can spend hours in the safe and secure garden where the kids can play or get on the trampoline, the dog can romp around to his hearts delight.

Imagine just sitting there enjoying all the mature plants and shrubs soaking up the sun in blissful peace and quiet.

What the Owner says:

Living here over the past 26 years has been an absolute joy. It has been the perfect home to bring up our children and the location has meant that everything we have needed has been close by, lovely walks, village shops and schools are not far away. Its perfect for visiting the family on the mainland as the train station is so close. Also, where we are located in such a quiet spot you feel totally shut off from the world and can relax and feel at home, the added bonus is we are a short stroll away from the Cliff Path and you can walk to the beach.

Now our children are grown and flown the nest we feel we need something a little smaller and hope whoever buys this home loves it as much as we have.
