Why you'll like it 
The proposed site which was once a former South West Water pumping facility is identified by the red outline, with access off Boscowen Road. The site is accessed by a small lane which in the past has provided vehicular access to the SWW works, which is approximately the width of one vehicle and is lined with vegetation on both sides that is only interrupted by a path that links the fields on either side. The site is accessed from this lane, which continues down to the coastpath, by turning left into to the site. The land was bought at auction by our clients from South West Water and we understand has been used previously for "pop up" refreshments. Our clients applied for planning once but decided not to go to appeal at the time.

Where it is  
Ideal location for the beaches but also within a short stroll of all the amenities of the town. Transport links are excellent with the branch line train station connecting to Truro and the mainline service to London and the north. The sailing waters of the Carrick Roads are some of the best in the country.
