"From Sunday strolls in Epping Forest to the ever-flourishing high street, the last 4 years in Upper Leytonstone have been superb. We really have tried nearly all the bars in E11, from the Red Lion to live music at the Luna Lounge, there is something for everyone here. We will miss it here.

We bought our property at the same time as our downstairs neighbour. He is lovely, and in recent months we have been discussing purchasing the freehold together, so if this is something you are keen on we know he would be too.

Everyone on the street says good morning, there are several 'jumble trails' and 'art trails' that our road takes part in. It has a true old fashioned London feel, community spirit that you see so little of these days. We are sad to leave and are only doing so to be closer to family.

Our large lounge come dining room has seen many a winter dinner party and our private garden has provided space for the rare sunny BBQ days. We have two separate loft spaces, the option to convert these (like so many have done along the street), is included within our lease and would expand the property making it even larger than it already is. This is a wonderful home that deserves to be loved and enjoyed, and we hope it will find owners that will do just that!"
