In today’s fast pace of life, when you take a break it should mean exactly that. The children need entertaining, relax, that’s covered, what about cooking at home instead of busy restaurants…all sorted. When you invest in one of these luxury holiday homes, you can take your breaks as often as you wish, you can even earn a sublet income that could cover your site fees and make holidays even more enjoyable with more money for you to spend.
Forget everything you have ever known about caravan holidays and prepare for home comforts and modern conveniences for when you step inside one of these luxury homes you will be blown away by just how much room there is inside. Located adjacent to rolling countryside on a spacious, newly created, corner of the park, you can take a walk through the hills or just sit on the decking with a glass in hand and enjoy glorious sunsets.
Start your holiday with a full cooked breakfast at the Barn House before planning the day ahead. You drive all week so leave the car and hire a bike for a different view of the Island. If you need some alone time, the on site childcare service will be right up your street, or maybe on the really warm days, you all need a splash in the pool; the waterslide is fun for everyone. Then in the evenings, the showcase bar provides regular family entertainment where you can enjoy fun nights together and make those all-important memories.
(Note: Owners can enjoy all year round occupation for holiday use only, sublet options are available March -November only)
On Your Doorstep:
Shanklin is the home of the 'Old Village' brimming with pubs, restaurants & boutique style shops, not forgetting the infamous Rock Shop. Take a wander through the exotic plants at the Chine ending at the beach. Along the seafront you will find many a place to dine, admiring the beautiful sea view as well as plenty of attractions for the children. Speaking of children there are two primary schools and a bus or train to the Secondary school in nearby Sandown. The quieter Hope beach commences the walk to neighbouring Sandown and the nearby train will also take you through to Ryde in around 20 minutes, although the open top buses allow for a different take on the Island views; just don't forget the camera.

We are not against printing but we are against wasting resources. We provide a digital copy of our brochures that can be saved to your desktop or front screen of your tablet or mobile phone. This saves unnecessary printing when you commence your search. We will provide you with a printed copy on the viewing of our homes as this, we feel, is essential to working out if the home will suit your needs.
We hope that by putting our gentle reminders on the documents, that are so often needlessly printed, we might start a small movement of change.
