Located within the popular Tempest development is this four bedroom detached family home. Being within sought after school catchment areas including Queens enclosure and Padnall junior and infant schools, this is a home for the family to grow into.

When you pull up to the property your first impressions will, this is where I can call home and when you walk inside you will not be disappointed either.

Having extended the kitchen to the rear this is where the heart of the home is with being enough space to entertain the whole family at Christmas. The spacious lounge/dining area offers access to a nicely proportioned conservatory, benefiting from the southerly aspect of which the garden sits, it's a beautiful space to be enjoyed and with downstairs also benefiting from the cloakroom, essential for the family home.

Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom, with the fourth being a nicely thought out conversion to the loft.

The driveway offers space for the car with the opportunity to widen the drive as others have done in the street the added bonus of the garage lends itself to the addition of having additional parking for the car or to store the stuff you don't want to keep in the house anymore.

Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

I purchased this home a few years ago and its served me well all the while I’ve owned it. The space offered for the growing family appealed as well as the location for the schools and local amenities.

The general space offered with the property was a very appealing feature, with the southerly aspect garden also being a benefit when we saw it for the first time, it’s what convinced us to buy.

As circumstances changed I moved away and for the last couple of years have been letting the property out and with its location and versatility, have never had any problems with it being rented out.
