Being roughly equal distance from the walks and cycle rides of the marshes and Epping Forest is a great bonus and we’ve regularly explored both on the weekend before heading back for lunch at the village market. We love the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area of the flat, which makes a great social space. Sitting in the window seat looking out at the trees and greenery of the garden behind is a great way to unwind. With a well fitted-out garage, there’s plenty of storage space, meaning that you can keep the flat tidy and uncluttered and enjoy having a genuine two bedroom home. We’ve loved living here and you’ll find evidence of that in the flat, with a new kitchen, refurbished bathroom, new carpets and decorating all completed in the last 3 years.
