"We’ve loved our time on Spruce Hills Road. As a no-through road, it’s so quiet at night it’s easy to forget you’re in zone 3. In the early mornings we hear the birds chirping in the garden, and it’s a great space to have a cuppa and watch the sun come up, or go down. We’ve also made sure to make the most of good weather with frequent BBQs and garden parties. The Residents’ Association is putting the final plans in place for a street party soon which will be a fantastic farewell.

Everything is very close by. Wood Street has loads going on, the village is a 10 minute stroll, and Lloyd Park is great for an early morning jog or game of tennis. We’ve loved biking along the nearby marshes and canals, and stopping by any of the fantastic pubs and restaurants on our way home.

Whether picking up some fresh bread at the Farmer’s Market on Sundays, having a relaxed brunch at one of the many cafés, or having a night out at The Duke or Wild Card Brewery, everything we’ve needed has been on our doorstep."
