SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION A small country estate offering approximately 14.5 acres situated within Dartmoor National Park in a most desirable and enviable location a short ride/walk from open moors and three miles from Tavistock.

A beautifully renovated and presented Grade II listed former Devon long house and shippon built, we understand, in the 16th or 17th Century. The property has been extensively renovated by the current owners to include planning permission for extensions (copy permissions available on request).

This small country estate comprises approximately 14.5 acres of connected fields and gardens with a useful range of barns and outbuildings which have potential for holiday let/annexe accommodation. The location is ideal for buyers who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes with living on the edge of open moors, whilst retaining easy access to the amenities of Tavistock a short distance away. The character and charm of the property has been enhanced in recent years with the addition of oil fired central heating and further insulation measures.

The accommodation comprises entrance lobby, utility, shippon, kitchen/dining room, study, inner hall, sitting room, front porch and on the first floor there are three double bedrooms, shower room, separate WC and en-suite bathroom.
