This property has been in my family for generations and more recently was owned by my parents. In 1990 it was split into two self-contained apartments with my parents living in this property and me living upstairs. The property retains much of its character and charm and could easily be turned back into a grand Victorian Villa. My dad could easily walk into town which is a reasonably level walk through the car park and loved to sit out by the summerhouse and relax and take in the peace and quiet. I would ideally like to sell both the apartments together to someone who could consider doing holiday or residential letting from them or like me have a property suited for two generations to live under the same roof.
