DIRECTIONS On entering the village of Malborough (from Kingsbridge), turn right into Collaton Road and then take the first available right into Well Hill. Continue down Well Hill, into Shute Park and almost on reaching the lower end of Shute Park, bear left onto a track (Devon County Council owned and maintained). Proceed over this track for about 100 yards and then bear right, over a short section of land into Moor Park. 

SITUATION Moor Park is situated on the south side of the village of Malborough, between the towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe, in the South Hams area of South Devon.

Buyers who wish to submit a tender will be required to sign a legal contract and provide a cheque equivalent to 10% of their offer price, as their tender. If either of these two component parts are not submitted, their tender risks being declined.

A tender which is accepted by the seller will be treated as a binding contract and immediately constitute an exchange of contracts. Legal completion and payment of the balance of the purchase price will follow approximately 28 days later, or in the time frame as set out in the legal pack.
