Location
What the owner has to say about the area.

Lovely sense of community feel, there is a nursing home and an infant school close by. There’s a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. There’s a great cosmopolitan feel with a vast array of market stalls shops and art studios. A lot of money has been injected into Peckham so there are plenty of new developments. The station is to be revamped in the near future, keeping its Victorian features.

Things I love about my property:

1) Situated 6 min walk to Peckham Rye station
2) Buses stop 30 secs walk from the flat
3) The shard and other main London attractions can be seen from the property. This can enjoyed all year round especially on New Year’s Eve
4) The large winter garden outside space this flat offers is unique to a property of this kind and can be enjoyed all year round with its lighting
5) Very quiet block
6) Warm
7) Bright
9) The block has a quirky modern design
10) friendly residents

The property is 0.3 miles from Peckham Rye Station and 0.4 miles from Queens Road Station, offering rapid links into the city - trains to London Bridge (approx 8 mins), Blackfriars (approx 20 mins) and Victoria (approx 15 mins) as well as the overground to Shoreditch (approx 20 mins). Peckham and Nunhead is very up and coming and has seen a range of newly opened restaurants and gastropubs with the added benefit of the open green space of Peckham Rye, being ideal for getting out and about with friends and family. With motivated sellers, this lovely home is ideal for the first time buyer.
