MODERN METHOD OF AUCTION: This property is for sale by the Modern Method of Auction which is not to be confused with Traditional Auction. The Modern Method of Auction is a flexible buyer friendly method of purchase. We do not require the purchaser to exchange contracts immediately, but grant 28 days to achieve exchange of contracts from the date the buyer's solicitor is in receipt of the draft contracts and a further 28 days thereafter to complete. Leave Wrexham on the Mold Road turning left at the traffic lights (by the NEWI College) bearing right at the next mini-roundabout and continuing beneath the road bridge eventually passing through the villages of Caego, New Broughton, Southsea, and Lodge; on entering Brymbo village bear right by Y Tai Public House, continue for a further 100 yards or so and then turn right onto Green Road continuing for approximately 100 yards when the land will be observed on the left hand side in the fork between Green Road and Holland Road.
