I have now been in this home for 31 years. What I really love is that I am in the heart of the City and can walk to work in minutes. You would not really know you are in the City centre as situated in a cul-de-sac it is extremely peaceful.

The most recent work I have done to the home is replacing the roof back in 2013, so this is a big job a new buyer would not need to do.

I am now looking closer to the coast as I have a lot of friends and family in the area and spend the majority of my time there.
