I have lived here for a few years now and I grew up locally so I was confident this was a nice neighbourhood, well connected to all the amenities for everyday life. Visiting London could not be easier as it's less than half a mile to the station via the subway and with the 24 hour trains at the weekends there is no rush anymore to catch the last train. The location is excellent but I also chose this flat due to the size as being an older property this offered a lot more space. We own half the garden each with upstairs but we have an informal arrangement so that we can use all of it. We eat out in Wanstead and Loughton and I play golf in Hainault.
