We have used this property as our holiday home for many years and have successfully carried out holiday lettings to provide us with an income through a local accommodation provider. All our visitors have enjoyed staying here and it is ready to go in terms of advertising for next year’s season.
The view from the balcony is spectacular and sitting out looking towards the sea across Ventnor Bay you can really get away from it all and relax. You can walk into town or to the beach within minutes and enjoy one of the many restaurants and bars the town has to offer.
We will miss not having a base in Ventnor but the time has come for us to move on and let someone else enjoy this property as much as we have.
