"This property first struck our attention because of the character and quirkiness it had to offer. By being at a lower level to the main road we felt it was a little hidden sanctuary. Once we saw the garden we fell in love. It was completely different to anything we had ever seen. As soon as you enter the garden you have the gorgeous patio area, which is a real sun trap and the perfect space to have your morning coffee. We spent most of our summer in the garden hosting BBQs and other such events. We also made great use of the vegetable patch and fruit trees and one of the many sheds which came complete with electric, ideal for an overflow fridge/freezer which we found handy to hide away the extra food needed for a big family Christmas meal.

With 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including 2 en-suites, space has never been an issue. We have lived here for over 17 years and when our 3 children were growing up we never felt cramped, which we think is a huge factor when looking for the perfect place for your family to live and enjoy.

The location is outstanding. Being situated opposite North Kent College, in between Dartford and Wilmington Grammar Schools and near some fantastic primary schools we were spoilt for choice when it came to picking the right schools for our children's education. We always found travelling easy too as we are just a short drive from the motorways and also Dartford train station."
