I bought this home as it was a fantastic size and meant that it would be a great first time buy but also large enough for a family. Since owning the home, I have done so much work here including updating the kitchen, knocking through the old bathroom and toilet to create a large new bathroom, landscaped the front and rear garden, decorated throughout and installed new flooring throughout and of course created the off-road parking. Taking the dogs for a walk in this area is lovely as you can easily get to the nearby hills that overlook River and go for a peaceful stroll.
