The first thing that attracted us to this house was its location. It's on the lower slopes of Windmill Hill, which is hugely popular, and is also within walking distance of the railway station. It also had a garage and off road parking and we really liked the layout as the living space is on the first floor and leads directly onto the garden.Since moving in we have converted the ground floor cloakroom into an additional shower room and have modernised the house throughout to include a modern, top of the range kitchen and good quality flooring. We have also invested a lot of time and money into the garden and had it landscaped with a mixture of artificial lawn, decking, granite and sandstone. It gets the sun most of the day and when you sit on the top tier on a summer's evening you'll get a magnificent view of the sun setting.
