The consent provides for a mixed development comprising 8 four bedroom detached houses with double garages, 7 three bedroom detached houses with single garages, 2 three bedroom semi-detached houses with single garage, one single bed semidetached bungalow with car space, 9 affordable houses comprising 2 three bedroom semi´s, 4 two bedroom semi´s and 3 one bedroom bungalows, all with car parking spaces. The Section 106 Agreement provides that of the 9 affordable housing 7 are to be available for renting and 2 for shared ownership or shared equity.

There are a number of pre commencement conditions which require to be discharged prior to construction details of which are available on the planning permission or from South Norfolk Council. Condition 1 states that development must be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of permission.
